Rocksy is certainly not observant enough to see the small details of moths bussing around, rolling her shoulders and humming for a second to think about the question. "I know plenty of the seedier places" She commented after a moment. "I ain't gone snooping around the Highrise though, more stuck to slums and sewers and shit"

She continues with a sick grin. "Course, if we;'re going after the fuckers in the PRT I know the land alot better, done plenty of planing for kicking up a shit in their backyard. But I'm thinking you don't want that heat, you know."

The lobster claw snipes the charging golems shoulder with a crack, the stone spiderwebbing fractures from the crushing force as she strained against it, catching a haymaker to the face before trying to grab the arm that hit her.

If she managed to make contact she'd pull down sharply trying to piston leverage the joint to snap it, either way she'd kick back, wood and stone shattering as she bucked trying to pull herself and hyde head over heels.

"Rather not get into a fight, bit banged up from one already, but if thats what you want I'll fucking back you up." She shrugged, crabbing a handful of brick as her hand turns into stone she grinned. "Powers are pretty fucking simple. I touch something, turn my body into it and get strong enough to smash whatever I've become. Can turn into water and shit to sneak in places as well."

Strong as he was, Rocksy was a large golem of stone at this point, the punch only managing to send her skidding back, the wooden floor of the bar being torn up sending splinters flying everywhere.

As she recovered herself she grabbed the edge of the bar with her real hand and hurtled it at Hyde, charging in behind it as wooden spikes grew from her feet, punchering the floor bellow to give her grip.

Pulling Hyde up, Rocksy made to slam him into the ground, her other arm sailing down and growing into a massive stone mallet with glass shards poking out of it as she became her full stone form of craggy rock.

She snarled, growing her body to bulk up, into his face, adding class to her nails like claws. "I'm fucking Rocksy Stone, I'll kick your fucking ass six ways to sunday." She grabbed him by the collar, glaring at him. "So your gunna fucking sit down, shut up and apologise for pissing me off."

Though the other cape couldn't see, Galacterian nodded, bringing out her phone again to call. "Yup control, this is GK code of the day is Mango. Local sticky fingers wants a lawyer through us.... Uh-huh. Gotcha. See you soon then."

With that, Galacterian stayed quiet, watching over Goner until the pickup crew came to take them over to the secure holding cells at Hydros HQ.

"So, this kinda comes down to the whole reason for Hydros. The Protorate and wards try their best but... they're government, and that too often means that the cheapest option wins." She shrugs rolling her shoulders. "If the city pays for a lawyer, they're going to pay for one of the same five to ten lawyers that handle EVERY case. That means they have alot of incentive to just process you through the system, even if thats not whats best for you."

She paused, taking a moment to collect her thoughts. "Hydros isn't perfect, because yeah, we'll subsidise your lawyer, but until they're more official they can't fully pay for it, think of it like... half off? More than that individual heros chip in to help, but you can't relly on good people doing good forever, you need a system."

"So the difference is, in short. City will give you the cheapest possible option that just wants to get it over and done with, Hydros will pay for a proper lawyer to hear out your case, maybe get you to sign up with us as community service or a work release program."

"I'd love to belive you, but I don't get to be judge, jury or execuutoner. My job is to take you in, if I just trusted you that you where innocent too many masters could abuse that. Now let me read you your rights."

"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have a right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you either by the state, or by our own organisation if you would prefer. In order to use any of these rights you MUST actively state it and continue to use it. If you just say 'I want a lawyer' some cops will take that as a statment of face and not get one for you."

Once Goner was trussed up, GK went into the store and grabbed their stuff, returning to sit by them as they spoke. "Just called pickup, they're on their way. Want to get your side of the story out to me whilst you wait?"

Galacterian nodded, relaxing her shoulders just a tad. "Your personal belongings will be returned to you once you are no longer in custody. In the meantime they will be sealed and no-one will have access to them unless you wave that right or a warrant is given. If you understand and agree to these terms please lie down on the ground face down and close your eyes.

Assuming the other cape agreed, Alice's torso would flicker, being replaced with a normal human chest wearing a backpack. She reached in and grabbed a pair of handcuffs and a blindfold. "You're doing the right thing, I know its scary but this is the first step."

As Goner prepared to teleport down, Galacterian prapred to jump up, her lunar leg glowing with power as she inverted gravity, leaping up onto the roof. As she jumped the two-by-four cracked them into the back, sending them falling to the ground clutching their leg.

Pulling themself up from the ground they replied calmly. "That is a matter for the courts to decide. If you require a lawyer the government will provide one for you, if you do not trust the governments lawyer then Hydros will subsidise one for you."

As soon as Goner appeared on the roof Galacterian's aim snapped up, quickly releasing a heat based shot from the barrel of the leg, which smoothly curved over the lip of the roof, being controled to fly straight towards center of mass.

The hero repeated again. "DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE PARAHUMAN POWERS TO FLEE. IF YOU STAND DOWN YOU WILL BE GIVEN A FAIR TRIAL IN A COURT OF LAW."

Rocksy snorted as she down her drink, slamming it down onto the bar top. "You're a fucking maniac who fucks shit up. I'm part of a group, a team, a CREED. We got a plan to make this shithole of a world a better place not just fucking around and stealing for yourself. You can fuck off and let me be.

She turned back to the bar, picking apart the shards of glass from the cup, collecting them in her hand, ready to collect them into her body for when, not if, the fight start out.

Landing with a thud outside, the Galacterian Knight glared into the store. Her Lunar helmet connected with her right Solar arm and her Solar chestplate, tracking the heat and electromagnetic signatures inside of the shop. Her legs where set to Lunar on the left and Solar on the right.

Snapping off her solar leg she aimed down its sights, tracking the heat signature inside. Ignoring the one standing still in a state of surrender that was likely the clerk she shouted inside. "THIS IS AN AGENT OF HYDROS, YOU HAVE 5 SECONDS TO VACATE THE PREMISIS AND SURRENDER OR I WILL FIRE. 5, 4, 3..."

Rocksy muscled her way into the bar, her body already muscled up in a craggy stone form to bulk out her purple and blue costume as she sat down next to the other cape, snorting derivatively at him. "Drowning the woes of being a fucking D-Lister?" She taunted, flagging over the barkeep to order some cheap swill.

"Sounds to me like you're too chicken shit to fight 'em and just wanna make excuses." She snorts derivitivly. "But fucking whatever. Hydra ain't gunna fight you, we're here to make money, have a good time and beat the hero fuckers shins in, and none of them mean we have to fuck with you, you feel me?"

"Having said that..." The rocky girl gets a twisted grin on her face. "Boss lady said I was to ensure you knew how good it could be working with a team. So if you got any fucking jobs to do or skulls to smack, for one night only you got me as backup, what do you say?"

The letter is penned in excellent calligraphy, reading as followed in a golden ink on pitch black paper.

"To the mercenary roaming the streets of our fair city.

This letter is to extend an invitation to join with our group, the Creed of the Hydra. We seek to control the flow of crime in this city, and spit in the face of the protectorate and Parahuman Response Team who deem themselves as arbiters of justice. Whilst we would most love to have you join our ranks in full, we understand such trust is not to be extended lightly and that you have your own wants and needs that must be attended to.

With this following I would seek to have a conversation with you, to seek what we could achieve together. Be it heiring you as a retainer for your services or you joining as a temporary or full member.

Rocksy stood there restlessly, flexing and unflexing her muscles as she paced back and forth. "No good reason? Please theres plenty good reason to give those fuckers a black eye or worse. Don't tell me you got any love lost for those boot lickers?"

The younger cape swung around, her left arm dragging against the stone to wrap around her form, causing allowing herself to bulk up slightly, hands turning into sharp claws. She dropped into a combat stance, regarding Crauch infront of them as they snorted. "I'm reaching into my pocket to grab a note, don't do anything stupid alright?" She said, pulling out a leatter and tossing it onto the ground infront of Cruach. "Boss lady says you might hate the fucking PRT the same way I do, so wanted to give you the opporunity to earn some cash and spit in their fucking face."

"Names Rocksy, part of the Creed of the Hydra, we're making money and pissing off the fucking cops at the same time, intrested?"

Finding Rocksy isn't exactly a challenge to find or stalk, loudly stomping around the area with her blue and purple costume doing minimumal blending into to the night as cool colours tend to do. She seems to gear bored quickly, grabbing at random objects and shifting her body around, flesh to stone to wood to metal mixing and dancing across her arm.

Rocksy coated her fingertips in stone and brickwork, dragging them through the sides of buildings and leaving deep gouges in them like claw marks as she looked for the cape she'd heard ran around this area. Boss thought that they'd make a good fit for the group, and if not, then it meant a good fight, though she was certainly hoping for another cape to fuck up the shiny shit that is the PRT.

Galacterian nodded with a smile her arm turning flesh as she rolls her shoulder. "Go for it! I trust you not to do anything stupid with it"

"Well I'm happy to be able to help. I should probably get going, i'm on shift soon and wanna make sure everyone feels safe. Are you gunna be alright here?" She asks, hopping up and rechecking her gear and armaments.

She sighs, slumping into the sofa. "Helping people doesn't come natrual to me either. And I don't mean that in some second act woe is me being a hero is so hard. All I wanted was to be known, to be loved. But what was taken away from me, and now I can get it, but only if I wear a mask... Everything I wanted as long as I don't get what I wanted from it."

"I don't mind you being a bit frosty to me, I get that people have hurt you and I want to do whatever I can to help. But don't be a hero just because I want you too, and don't you dare suggest that you'll be a hero as long as a bribe you. I want you to be a rogue or a hero or whatever as long as it doesn't hurt innocents because its the best choice for you, because I think that with a little help from friends you can be like bruce banner, not the hulk."

Alice shimmers her arm out of the armoured form and prepared to draw blood before recoiling as if she was hit. "What the hell? I thought we where friends?" She asked, hurt leaking into her voice. "I'm perfectly happy to give b lood to help a fellow tinker, and certainly for one thats a friend but..." She shakes her head. "I don't appreciate being blackmailed or bribed. I'm not here to force you into 'Behaving' as you put it and its honestly kind of insulting that you keep saying stuff like that." She sighs.

"If you want something from me, you just have to ask, my help doesn't come with strings attached beyond that if I get an order to come take you down, I can't let our friendship stop it. I'm not bribing you into behaving for a little while, I'm not Hollier than thou and I'm not here to preach and beg you. I'm here because you're a good guy and a friend that got delt a bad hand and told me they felt that they couldn't be a hero, and I wanna show you your wrong."

"I'm sure interested to find out what you can make with my hot swapping ability! Trying to turn my tinker-eye inwards to use it doesn't really give me any inspiration you know?" She rolled her shoulders, taking beta back and storing them back in her backpack. "Anyway, please do think about being a hero. As long as you're still a rogue I don't mind hanging out, but it scares me that others think you're a villian. I don't want to see you going beyond selling to villians and starting hurting people, you hear!" She chidded.

Whilst Striker was flagging, Rocksy seemed intent to carry on with pure grit and determination, even when each blow she landed was met with two or three from Neptune, she simply refused to go down, her arms speckled with holes and torn away pieces of rock and steel falling to the floor.

"Good to hear! What are you planning for your next project, I've got some designed sketched up for a set of Lunar arms. Extendable and storing a bunch of the mundane gear I can't normally carry, like cuffs and a first aid kit."

As striker rearmoured themselves they would see Rocksy barrelling down on them, no matter how big or unwieldy Rocksy got they still seemed able to mauver just fine. Lucky Stikers choice to keep the barrier up until she physically broke through it and hit him resulted in her getting weakened.

This was likely of little comfort to him as she lashed out with aggressive sword swings and hammer blows, mixing in the occasional kick or elbow to try and overwhelm him with the sheer amount of attacks.

Her chest plate flickered, being replaced by a shirt and backpack as she removed the head from the backpack, and reequipped her chest plate. "Right here! I've been doing regular feedings of the slurry as you recommended."

She tapped a bit more on her phone and nodded. "One lame horse purchased. They where set to be put down anyway, so theres no loss. Should arrive at this location within the week!"

After four seconds of transforming her chest and head into the hard light, with veins of the energy running across her arms and legs she started hammering the shield, her strength apparently being increased by the tougher material forming her body. As the forcefield fell either from Rocksy's attacks or Striker dropping it he tried to trip her.

Unfortunately Rocksy might be a dumb brawler, but she adapted to the judo moves already, having made her feet into metal spikes to dig into the ground. As Neptune attempted to trip her, she was planted firmly in the road and instead she just attempted to brutally slam him into the ground with both fists cupped together. "Stay down you fucking lapdog"

"Oh Beta's a little darling!" She coo'd happily. "I've been focusing more on my new aspects recently, making sure they're all spick and span, but P-helm is still and probably always will be my go-to option for dealing with Hulk-lites."

Rocksy's eyes glinted deviously as she slammed into the shield the serrated dirk scratching across it hooked over the top as she grabbed it with the remaining fingers in the hammer hand. "JUST LOOSE ALREADY!" She snarled, as her face started to take on a familiar blazing blue tint, her body slowly absorbing the material from the shield and transforming her head and torso into the forcefield. The whole prosess would take about 4 seconds, unless neptune dropped the forcefield early, ending the attack and letting her slice him. "FUCKING SURRENDER, SAY I WIN. TELL THEM ALL YOUR A FUCKING COWARD"

"SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP" She screamed, wildly swinging her hammer arm around as she charged forwards, spiked feet leaving holes in the road. "ALL YOU KNOW IS HURTING PEOPLE, PRETENDING YOU SAVE THEM, EAT MUFFINS AND FUCKING LIE" She yelled, leaping forwards at him, too focused on attacking to realise that her trajectory would smash her into civilians if she sailed past Striker

Rocksy turned almost in slow motion as she heard the sound of striking kicking off the ground to see the sight of Neptune rocketing towards her. She tried to bring up her hands to block, forcing the blue construct to cut itself on the serrated metal, but couldn't tell how much effect that had as she got throw through a car and into a building.

She stepped out, holding her left arm with the right and grunted as she reattached the blade She stabbed the remains of the car and let herself grow to full size at 8 feet tall, big metal jaws and spiked feet digging into the ground. "YOU'LL FUCKING PAY FOR THAT BITCH."

Rocksy laughed, turning to what little of the crowd was left watching and recording the fight as rubberneckers are ought to do. "See this fucking bullshit. Hero gets hit once and fucking gives in. Decides you all can fucking get murked for all he cares. They're all the fucking same, lapdog bitches and bastards that couldn't give a fucking rats ass about helping people who need it."

Rocksy grinned to herself as the hammer blow send striker flying. "THATS WHAT YOU FUCKING GET!" she cheered, pulling her blade from where it dug into the ground slightly, the end of it getting ripped off. She bent down, using the hammer to crack the stone around it and dig out the loose bit, reconnecting it. "Fuck that shit fucking hurts." She mumbled, looking up to see Striker pulling themselves out of the wall.

"You want some more little fucking hero bitch, or are you gunna stay down like the lapdog you are! Huh!" She taunted, grinning as she let the other cape collect themselves. No fun it it if they won't fight back.

"I'LL LITTER ALL OVER YOUR FUCKING FACE YOU FUCKING HERO PRICK FUCKER" She yelled, charing in as striker set down the roof, swinging the serrated blade with reckless abandon, trying to hit their limbs, aiming only enough to be sure she wasn't going to decapitate or maim the hero, just hurt him, hurt him real fucking bad.

This time she was ready for him if he tried to catch or block the blade, swinging her hammer hand down a moment after swinging with the sword, trying to force it to cut in deep to whatever she hit,

Rocksy was easily tossed to the ground, the concrete cracking under the force of Rocksy's punch. Catching her first punch in his hand probably hurt with that kind of force behind it. The teen yelled in pain and anger as cracks started to form up her stone up, quickly pulling herself up and glaring at the other cape. "Take this fucking seriously! Fight me you ass!" She growled, rolling her shoulders as she ran over to a car, grabbing the edge of the metal frame.

As she did, her body started to shift, metal with angry red streaks of pain streaking across it formed a new body, slightly taller with her left hand forming a serrated blade, her stone fist morphing as her thumb and pinky became metal hammer heads. Slamming into the car with the metal blade she rended the roof off, tossing it towards the other cape.

Changing her full right arm to stone she tried to sock striker straight in the face as he ignored her and instead just ate a fucking cupcake of all things infront of her. She moved in closer as she struck, going for another punch into his chest, big heavy hits as she screamed in anger and frustration. "TAKE THIS FUCKING SERIOUSLY. I AM GOING TO BEAT YOUR FUCKING ASS" She yelled petulantly

Rocksy dragged her rocky fingers along the brick wall, cutting grooves into it as the sound filled the air. She slowly stepped forwards, clothes rippling in a soft breeze as she watched the so called hero on their patrol. As she got closer she yelled out to get their attention, cracking her knuckles with a sick grin on her face, not bothering with a mask.

"Oi fucking hero. I got a question for you!" She snarled. "Wanna sign my fucking fist before you go back to licking boots! I'll bring it nice and close to your fucking face so you can't ignore that the fuck is happening!" She paused, waiting for the hero to act and giving the crowd time to run.

"My first reaction was to ask you to stand down, you got ready to fight and I'm authorised to stop dangerous parahumans before they can hurt anyone." She argued. "If you have a master or stranger power I might never see you hurting people until its too late, or even think you're my best friend. I have to be willing to fight no matter what, unless you stand down and come quietly."

As Galacterian gets blasted back they get thrown head over heels, metal skidding and scrapping along the pavement with loud and ear scratching sounds. She picks herself up, her right leg flashing and being replaced with a fixed version that sported a orange sun rather than a silver moon, and her helmet swapping out the silver moon for a yellow planet.

Galacterian gave a soft smile. "I'm not holier than anyone, I just wanna live up to my heros and protect people. Its not your fault if your power needs to use animals, rogue is still a hero even if people don't like her power." She offers in explanation ponding for a moment. "If you can give me a place to drop them off I can buy some horses due to be put down, better they get used to help save people, right?"

Galacterian huffed "I'm just doing my job, its not about you being good or evil, its about making sure everyone is safe. If I get called in to help I need to assume you're dangerous. You could be a master cape or a stranger. If I let you stick around and talk I could be putting people in danger. When I tell you to stand down, you need to do so and I can get you to a court case. If you're not doing anything wrong then it will be fine, Hydros pays for the court fees for both sides even." She moved over to the body, intending to grab them by the back of the neck and carry them off.

Holding onto the core head with her fingers in its mouth to try and prevent it from biting her GK huffed. "You can't win. Just stand down and this can all be sorted out. No-ones been hurt yet, this can all be cleared up as a misunderstanding if you just. stop. fighting!" She argued, wrenching her fingers from the heads mouth.

She tucked the head under her arm and looked towards the body, speaking into an earpiece. "Be advised, cape has a high brute rating, currently calling it a brute 6. No sign of any offensive powers beyond brute strength."

Pulling her shield back GK slammed it onto Hydra's biggest head in the center, their chestplate glowed and hummed as it pulled them down towards the ground, hooking into metal gurders, lampposts and underground pipes to meteor slam Hydra into the ground alongside Galacteiran. Before the two of them went splat she retargeted the pull, pulling them both forwards to stop GK from splatting and trying to launch hydra forwards if they pull themselves free.

As the two of them stalled to fall, Galacterian responded, readying her legs to bounce off the ground again and continue hopping around. "Not for 'Existing' for being a public nuisance and scaring people. I told you to stand down!" She huffed. "Give it up and come with me and I can promise your sentence will be light."

With Hydra getting free Galacterian needed a plan, she quickly flipped the gravity on her leg legs and jumped, grabbing into the heads that where biting her as she leaped with the force required to clear tall buildings in a single bound. With her passenger she couldn't quite do that, but she could still get quite some height, aiming to try and take the cape away from the civilians.

Galacterians Lunar helm gave her advanced ways of seeing things, but fundamentally they where for SEEING things, meaning that when the head chomped down onto it, GK found her vision blocked by the sheer amount of heat and electricity in her eyes.

Making a note to fix that design flaw she tried to keep the writhing mess wrapped beneath her, rolling with the motion try try and keep this a drag down fight rather than giving the other cape the opportunity to use their superior reach.

Whilst a normal suit of armour may need chinks or parts to be loose in order to climb in and move around, there was no squishy underside to be found with this Galacterian Knight, her body WAS the metal. She quickly shut off the fire to avoid hurting a person she believed she had captured, straddling the other cape and engaging her legs at maximum gravity, causing the ground bellow to crack and compress with the force she was impacting onto it. "Stay down! If you try and hurt anyone here I WILL be forced to use greater force!" She threatened.

The head manage to easily bite down onto Alice's shoulder, teeth scratching off the armoured steel as the other heads try to bite her limbs and restrain her. Reaching out with the burning shoulder GK launches herself forward towards Hydra's back, trying to shoulder charge her to the ground, her lunar legs reversing gravity to add thrust to the launch, before snapping back to increased gravity as she tries to kick or stomp on the other cape.

"Don't worry so much about that" She waved him off. "You need to use your power, and haters are gunna hate no matter what. A horse that's going to be put down anyway after some dumb jockey worked them too hard is perfect for you, no muss no fuss!" She grinned devishly "Besides, no-ones up in arms about the horses being put down already, its not like you need a press announcement about how you make your stuff! Hydros can buy it on the downlow for me!"

Throwing her shield ahead of her Galacteiran charged behind it, the metal disk aimed for the center head to grab its focus. A moment after the shield would impact came her fist, coated in fire slamming down on the top of the head to slam the jaw shut around the shield if all went as planned.

Whether that worked or not She'd try to grab the shield, sliding into a tackle at Hydra's legs to get past them, keeping their momentum before suddenly activating her lunar legs to pull her standing right up like a weeble-wobble, lashing out with a fist to the back.

"Copy that! On my way!" Alice grinned, quickly equipping her changer form as HQ told her about some new cape disturbing the peace. Setting her legs to repel and ignore gravity she jumped off, running along walls by attaching heavy gravity before kicking off again and leaping through the sky. It was a great way to get around her city, and Hydros was apparently happy with how good it looked for optics.

Slamming down with a three point landing she grinned, calling out to the public. "Alright everyone, clear out the area and snap some photos if you want. Galacterian Knight is here and ready to help!" She pulled herself up to full height, drawing her shield to her hand. "Stand down agent of Hydra, or I'll be forced to bring the pain!"

Pulling out her phone she started browsing as she talked. "Hydros is the new security company, you see the big building up in the town centre?" She asked, shrugging her metal shoulders before continuing. "Anyway they're all about helping out the commuity, we get oversight to direct us towards priority targets to take down villains and protect people, alongside a tidy pay check."

"How about a horse, would be cheaper than a cow. All the breeding we've done to make horses run fast means they can't be used for food, so old horses actually have no use." She offered, holding up her phone with the offer to buy an old race horse for £600

Alice sighed, making a mental note to hunt down the bugs to keep Freakshow out of trouble. She dreaded the day that she was called in to stop him. He could be such a great hero if he'd just work for Hydros she mused. "What kinda Biomass are you looking for, I can probably buy you some bulk meat or other stuff with the paychecks I get from my job, as a hero, for hydros." She hinted

Galacterian flopped onto the nearest chair or couch, pulling a pair of soda cans from her backpack and tossing a bar of jerky over to Freakshow. "I had some time after work with Hydros, figured I come come by and give you the soft sell again!" She smiled. "One of these days you'll get in trouble you can't get out of, and I like working with you, your a good guy!"

Her helmet flicked away to the welders mask she uses for privacy, taking a sip of her drink before she continued talking. "Anyway, I don't ACTUALLY wanna come down here just to nag on you, Tell me what you've been up to, hows the latest project?"

Galacterian's lunar legs caught her momentum as she slammed down onto the ground outside of freakshows last known location. Her solar arms and chest plate enhanced her lunar visor enough that she could track the heat and electrical signs of the tinkers lab easily, rapping against the door and calling in. "Hiya! Its me again, wanna let me in so we can hang out?" She offered cheerily
